Our body care range features all the usual products: shampoos and conditioners, soaps and cleansers, moisturisers, facial scrubs, hand creams and toothpastes. All are paraben and SLS free and many are organic. We also stock various Henna powders, Tints of nature hair dyes.

We have daily deliveries from Bath bakery in Weston as well as twice weekly deliveries from artisan bakery Eleven based in Batheaston. All Eleven breads are 100% sourdough, meaning there's no yeast added to help raise the loaves, only a natural leaven produced from only flour and water. In fact the only ingredients in all the loaves are natural leaven, organic flour and a pinch of salt. The range includes 100% Rye, Spelt & Rye, small Spelt Rolls (rye and white spelt), Pain de Campagne (a mixture of wholemeal wheat, rye and strong white flour) and the best selling Pain au Levain (strong white wheat flour and rye). We also stock a range of packaged gluten free and sprouted breads by Biona and Sunnyvale as well as a frozen gluten free bread which is made from potato and buckwheat flour by local baker Ceres.

In our self service dispensing bins we have a wide selection of products, both organic and non-organic. This range includes our own recipe mueslis mixed at our warehouse in Bristol: Harvest; Supreme; Super Hi-Fibre; Deluxe; Date & Apricot; Berry Crunch and Superfood to name a few! All have ingredients lists, to help you avoid any nuts or gluten if you have specific dietary requirements. We also have an extensive range of weigh your own nuts, seeds, dried fruits, pulses and rice. Because you can buy as much or as little as you like (and are not paying for expensive packaging)it's a very economical way to do your bulk shopping. We provide plastic bags for you to fill but please feel free to bring your own bags or containers to fill instead.

We have a large selection of ground coffees and and a smaller range of beans as well as instant coffee and caffeine free coffee substitutes. The staff favourite Zapatista! coffee comes from growing co-operatives in the autonomous Chiapas region of Mexico and is available ground or in the original bean format. Our own brand Essential provides a choice of Mexican or Guatemalan coffees, both of which are Fairtrade certified. The Origin range is a poular choice with local baristas. We stock a Rainforest Alliance certified Guatemalan ground coffee, a triple certified (Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade & Soil Association) blend of central American and Indonesian coffees and a triple certified Honduran Arabica. We also stock Fairtrade certified coffees from Equal Exchange, Cafe Direct, Traidcraft, Clipper and Percol. If you want to avoid the caffeine overload it's taken us to test the quality of all the above products then we also have plenty of grain based coffee substitutes such as Barley Cup, Yannoh, No Caf, Wake Up and both dried root and instant dandelion.

Too many to list in full here.....but to name a few products we stock: Spreads, both sweet and savoury, soups(fresh,tinned & instant) and Essential brand tinned pulses. Our own range of demeter vegetables, sold in glass jars includes: silverskin onions, peas & carrots, gherkins and baked beans. We stock a wide range of pastes, sauces and condiments.

In our Deli area we have fresh food delivered daily and feature a varied selection of sweet and savoury nibbles. Many are vegan and/or gluten free. Mrs Amin produces the best selling item in the whole shop which also happen to be the best Samosas in Bath as well as spicy potato cakes and green pea catoris/kajoris. Keynsham based Aromafoods produce other Indian savouries that are all gluten free as well as the coronation spinach mix that goes into our famous filled rolls. Bath resident Ian Critchley makes our wonderful salads (crunchy lentil, bean, rice & walnut; moroccan; pasta & potato) as well as hummus, lentil pate and (almost-as-popular-as-Mrs-Amin's-Samosas) tortillas with fresh herbs. We have hearty vegan pies, gluten free quiches, olives, dolmades and more! The centrepiece of our deli is our selection of filled rolls made fresh every morning. There's usually a choice of five different fillings, often all vegan, in organic seeded wholewheat rolls or spelt & honey rolls (not vegan). On Fridays and Saturdays you may also find our delicious vegan wraps on offer. On the sweet side there's our sought after gluten free chocolate cake, vegan carrot cake and incredible brownies by raw chocolate maestro Radek. There are fresh dates, a choice of pistachio or grape halva, and more cakes! If we had to say what the most common sound at our deli counter was (apart from Radio 4) it would be a tie between indecisive sighing and saliva dripping (not really, our customers are much more refind than that).

Packed full of tasty and diverse products, both dairy and non dairy there is a lot to choose from our fridge department. As you would expect we sell vegetarian cheeses. Yoghurt wise we have sheep, goat & non dairy soya alternatives.Fresh organic hummus and dips, butters and spreads. Alfalfa sprouts, vegetarian sausages & beany burgers. We also have a fridge almost entirely devoted to various tofus & tempehs:smoked,marinated,BBQ and sweet & sour. In one freezer you'll find all our ice-creams (inlcuding vegan options) and the other contains ready-to-cook nut burgers, veggie sausages,frozen peas & sweetcorn, vegan haggis. We stock organic pies from Clive's and various pasties from Quality foods, many of which are vegan

All our fruit and vegetables are certified organic and locally sourced whenever possible. Jo from Castle Farm in Midford, just outside of Bath supplies us with beautifully presented bags of mixed salad leaves with edible flowers, pattypan squashes, giant pumpkins, spinach, chard, kale, mangetout, raspberries, blackcurrants and anything else she happens across when chasing the cows away. Somerset Organic Link are a co-operative of farmers from South Somerset. They supply us with seasonal field vegetables and salads of superb quality from their own farms, including some produce, such as the delicious peppers, grown in polytunnels and greenhouses, and some imported fruit. Heart of Devon specialise in organic vegetables from across the South West as well as supplying us with a wide range of imported fruits including Fair Trade Bananas.

A wide range of foods suitable for coeliacs and those with wheat allergies and intolerances. We have a dedicated section of the shop for Gluten Free products and also many more naturally gluten free items throughout the rest of the shop.

A whole range of cleaning products available, and all your essentials are on tap at our refill station. Here you can bring in your empty bottles and refill it with either: washing up liquid, laundry liquid, fabric conditioner, multi surface cleaner and toilet cleaner. All you have to do is remember your empty container, which can be any type of bottle as long as it measures volume in 500ml increments. If you can't bring an empty bottle or you don't want to get your hands dirty(?! or should that be soapy?) then we stock a range of pre-packaged cleaning products by eco-friendly brands as well as super environmentally friendly alternative products such as Ecoballs and Dryerballs. As well as cleaning products we also stock many other useful household items such as the Michael's range of biodegradable kitchen sponges and scourers, FSC certified rubber gloves and rolling pins, recycled aluminium foil and refuse bags variously recycled, degradable and compostable.

Our colleagues at our Bristol warehouse package many own label products. Pre-weighed dried fruits, flours, nuts, seeds, pulses, grains, rice & sprouting seed mixes are mainly organic with some also Fairtrade certified. Information on the labels gives cooking advice and product origin & info. We also sell dried herbs, both loose (so you can help yourself) or in pre packs.

We stock a wide range of organic, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options for seasonal celebrations but it's far too early to start thinking about that!

All that you can eat! Organic chocolates and truffles, fruit snacks and snack bars. In our snack range we have the ubiquitous superfoods; Goji berries, Cacao beans and nibs. We also sell raw chocolate bars in various flavours for that all important healthy energy burst. For kids we have no added sugar snacks and vegetarian jelly bears.

Sprouting seeds, pulses, nuts and grains allows you to eat food at it's freshest, and most nutritious. We stock sprouting jars, bags and trays as well as the fantastic Sprouters Handbook by Edward Cairney to get you started and of course all the vital ingredients. Many of the nuts and pulses in our own Essential range such as aduki bean, green and brown lentils and almonds can be sprouted as well as many of the loose produce we sell from our bulk bins: alfalfa seeds, chick peas, quinoa, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. The boffins at our Bristol warehouse have also put together prepacked bags of seed and seed & pulse mixes ready to sprout for any occasion. There are the Detox mix, the Sandwich sprouting mix, 3-day and 6-day mixes, the Revitalise mix as well as prepacked bags of broccoli seed, red cabbage seed and red clover seed. If you can't wait for that hit of sprouty goodness we also stock ready sprouted seeds from Aconbury sprouts which are stored in our vegetable fridge and come in fersh once a week.

We sell Cacao powder, butter and paste, all processed at low temperatures to preserve the incredible nutritional profile of the raw bean, for raw chocolate making and other chocolatey experimentation. We also stock a wide range of other raw superfood ingredients such as maca, lucuma, ashwagandha, ginseng, guarana, purple corn flour and more. For first time raw chocolatiers or as an excellent gift we have a raw chocolate making kit from Elements for Life who also make seasonal chocolate boxes and a raw bar which you can find in the deli. Amongst the other raw chocolate delights are a range of bars from Bath Raw Chocolates and Radek's Chocolates.

We stock a wide range of organic and fairly traded teas, including herbal infusions and naturally caffeine free alternatives. Our own Essential brand of Biodynamic Demeter certified Herbal teas includes Camomile, Camomile & Spearmint, Peppermint, Peppermint & Spearmint, Fennel and Hibiscus. We also stock a wide range of herbal teas from award winning, Bristol based Pukka Herbs. Specially blended by ayurvedic practitioner Sebastian Pole there are teas formulated to do exactly what they say on the box: Revitalise; Refresh; Relax; Cleanse; Detox and Harmonise. If none of those take your fancy then all you need is Love! New to the range are the delicious Three Berry and Three Ginger blends. We stock many of the ayurvedic herb and spice blends from Yogi teas including their Classic chai, special formulations for the Cold Season, Bedtime and both Women's and Men's tea. If that's not enough we stock single herb infusions from Heath & Heather, more blends from Celestial Seasonings and speciality herb teas Pau D'arco and Mu, a 16 herb Japanese blend as well as 11 o'Clock Rooibos teas and Clipper organic herbal teas. We have a wide range of black teas. Bagged or loose, organic, fairtrade, decaf, Assam, Darjeeling, Earl Grey. The same goes from green teas where we also have the Qi range of China teas.
